Saturday WOD


This morning's workout consisted of tire tossing, ring push-ups/pull-ups, rope slinging, latter walking, and a solid stretch.



1. Latter walking push-ups
  -2 sets, to the end and back.




2. TRX Cable pull-ups
-5 sets of 15 reps
-Hold each completed pullup for 3 extra seconds and squeeze you shoulders together




 3.Tire Toss
-I used a 50lb tire with 2 full sets, to the end of gym and back
-Be sure to squat and use your core, not your back!


4. Rope Slinging
-I did 3 sets of 100 (burn!) 


5. Ring Dips/Push-ups
-I did 4 sets of 15 reps
-Find the angle that works for you and focus on flexing your core to stabilize. 



End with an attitude of BEAST MODE! (and pretend not to be out of breath)
